Kathleen Howle
1920 - 2006
Kathleen Howle, loving wife and mother, passed away at 12:45 PM Thursday, Nov. 23, 2006, at Parkview
Nursing Home. She was a resident of the Concord Community and a native of LaCenter.  She was 86 years old.

Mrs. Howle was a member of Olivet Baptist Church in Concord, and was employed by Kroger where she worked
in the Meat Dept.

She is survived by two son; Phillip Howle of Lecanto, Florida and Bill Howle of St. Charles, Missouri; three
daughters Betty Leesman of Atlanta, Illinois, and Debbie Atkins and Becky Johnston, both of Paducah; one
sister, Billie Boulton of Paducah; eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J. C. Howle; two sisters, Mary Steele and Inez Wilson; and one
brother, Tanner Burnett.  Her parents were Oscar Phillip Medlin and Annie Mae Tanner Medlin.

Graveside services were at  2:00 PM Sunday, Nov. 26, 2006, at the LaCenter City Cemetery with Rev. Tommy
Tucker officiating.  
Jones Funeral Home of LaCenter was in charge of arrangements.

I'm sorry to hear of Kathleen's passing. She was a great friend to my grandmother, Bertie Mayo
and she will be missed by you all. She had such a great sense of humor--they definitely were a
pair together. Now they're together laughing again!
